    For being a responsible car rental service provider, M/S Pallavi Arora always takes best care for the monetary gains of respected customers. Due to this approach, we have carefully configured Refund & Cancellation Policies. It simply means you will get the refund upon cancellation of booking as per the below mentioned slab.

    After deducting cancellation charges from amount paid, refund will be credited to the original payment method only.

    Cancellation that is made just 2 hours before the pickup time or if users fail to show up due to any predictable/unpredictable condition, booking will be treated as ‘No Show’ and only security deposit will be credited that too in 5-7 business days. (Extended time may be utilized due to some uncontrolled situations).

    Customers are requested to cooperate with M/S Pallavi Arora and not to create any type of pressure for immediate refund/credit. We take best care for the convenience of customers and ourselves do the needful at the earliest points of time.

    Duration Deduction (from amount paid)
    Within 24 hours of booking 100%
    Before 24 hours of booking start time 50%
    Before 72 hours of booking start time 20%

    If the situation like unavailability of vehicles occurs :

    • If M/S Pallavi Arora fails to provide the selected vehicle due to excessive booking or any other situation that is beyond control then refund will be processed to the original payment mode only.
    • Reimbursement will be provided (expenses under INR 1000), along with security deposit, to the user for minor repairs like refining of coolant, changing bulbs and others. However, technical team will check for all the claims made before crediting the required money. We reserves the rights to hire experts from outside to verify the authenticity of the claims made for the reimbursement.
    • Customers are also required to inform M/S Pallavi Arora first if situation requires to spend more than Rs.1000/- to keep vehicle running. Otherwise, reimbursement will not be processed under any condition.
    • Customers are also requested to present all bills and receipts, for the expenses made, to claim for the reimbursement. M/S Pallavi Arorawill carefully look after each document to proceed further.

    If, any kind of legal proceeding occurs then it will be carried under the jurisdiction of Delhi and www.iskocars.com reserves the right to hire any helpful resources/sources from outside to protect interests and gains. We also do not allow any customer to ask for the transferring or proceeding to any other location area under any circumstances.
