These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this renting/service and the agreement that operates between you and M/S Pallavi Arora. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the rented vehicle.
Your access to and use of the rented vehicle is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These T&C equally apply to all customers who access or use the service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then you may not hire the vehicle despite trying best or having genuine intentions.
You also represent that you are over the age of 18 as well as hold a valid driving license to book cab. We does not permit those under 18 to rent the vehicle.
It is compulsory to register through our official site/mobile application/representative in order to rent the vehicle. In order to complete the registration process, you essentially have to provide some personal info including name, email address, contact as well as address details.
Only the registered members on we are permitted to drive the vehicles rented from the company. Creation of multiple accounts with a single driving license is not permitted. If, the user is found to be a multiple account holder, We holds the right to cancel the membership/bookings without notifying in any way or provide any justification.
Customers also need to submit copies of Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card etc. as proof. We can also ask to present originals if needed.
Vehicles issued by iskotravel Car are meant for personal use only. Customers are advised to not ride rented vehicle for any other purpose including exhibitions, races, contests, towing, pulling, etc. except personal rides. Also, make sure that you are not driving the vehicle under the influence of any narcotic substance especially alcoholic drinks. Fee spent for booking along with security deposit will be forfeited if customer is found using the rented vehicle for any illegal activity (as described by the local laws). Customer will also compensate in full if any damage is caused to the rented vehicle during the renting period. We itself and/or with the consultation of external experts will evaluate the damage to decide for the compensation.
iskotravel Car allows bookings only for the registered users through official website or mobile application. We suggest customers to book in advance and company does not provide any guarantee for the availability of particular vehicle. You are also requested to pay applicable amount in advance to avoid any hassle.
In order to extend booking for extra days, you also need to pay required charges as per the price slab. Customers will also bear all additional costs comprising traffic fines, parking fees, etc. Always make a suitable selection for ‘With fuel’ and ‘Without fuel’ booking options to avoid any hassle.
We ensures optimum security for all. For the same reason, we maintain periodic checks for each vehicle as well as expect customers to cohere with all stipulated guidelines.
Safety and security of rented vehicle along with all accessories and devices inside/outside against harsh climatic conditions, theft and accident must be the responsibility of the registered user. Carefully drive/park vehicle and immediately notify We and concerned authorities if any unfortunate situation occurs.
Refund and Reimbursement policy of We requires you to comply with all stipulated guidelines. It is also suggested to keep patience as refund and reimbursement amount might take time to show credit to the provided account. Also, contact your bank if account does not show the credit amount within maximum seven days. As per the policies, We takes maximum 2-3 days to credit the amount.
We is a professional service provider and never compromise upon customers’ convenience and satisfaction. Consequently, we provide instant assistance during any kind of breakdown or member failure. Kindly co-operate with us if assisting team reaches late.
You are requested to carefully comply to all traffic rules laid by local authorities. We will not bear any expense against traffic rule violation. It is customer who has to pay entire expenses.
